The Medpropertyshop( renamed Worldwide Property Shop Ltd as it expanded to other countries) was formed in 1996, initially to accompany people abroad to help them through the complex legalities of purchasing a property.

Since then we have expanded throughout the whole of Europe and the rest of the World. You have got this far so you must have the spark of interest that so many people now have. It seems to be a growing trend to own a second home abroad or to move there indefinitely. But it has to be a safe option and there are certain steps you have to take and pitfalls to be aware of. Everyone has heard the horror stories of people losing their homes, all their money and returning back to their home country with nothing. It's frightening and after having worked abroad in this industry for many years, it is not surprising that it happens, mostly to people who try and go it alone, without local knowledge or even speak a foreign language.
