Our Miami-based
architects have created living spaces that will provide amenities
comparable to the best condominium developments in the world,
but will maintain the architectural flavor of Spanish Colonial
Nicaragua. There will be green areas with native trees and
flowers on the grounds that will enhance the natural beauty
of the coastal setting. The oceanfront condominiums sits
on a bluff overlooking a wide sandy beach below. The golf
course condominiums that will be constructed in a later phase
will border a fairway that will be part of the twenty-seven

you will be able to view the golf course and the Pacific

All condominiums will be part
of our rental pool so you can expect to offset some of
your costs to purchase and maintain your condominium.
A homeowners association will oversee the maintenance
of the common areas. We will be the only coastal resort
development in Nicaragua with elevators for easy access
to the second and third floors and selected units will
be ADA accessible. You will be able to choose from one
of three professionally designed interior packages provided
at very reasonable cost. 
All units in Building One and Two (A) are ocean
front condos. There will be twenty-two Units in Building One and Two, with
eight units on the first floor, seven units on the second floor and seven
units on the third floor. All units will have central air-conditioning
and hot water heaters. In addition, all units will have washers and dryers
except the Rivas suites. Each building will have an elevator and two sets
of stairways to access the second and third floors. The clothes washer
and dryer plus a refrigerator and oven-cooktop combination will come standard
with every unit. Appliance up-grades will be available.
