To take advantage of the above benefits we offer a personal one to one service for a fee based on an hourly rate of £70 or a minimum investment of £500,000 spent on property purchased through our company- no club to join or members fees- Just use our services when you need to.
The investment can be initiated through financial institutions and mortgages, but you will need the minimum amount of 30% for property deposits and completion fees.
